

Going to try a homemade veggie cheesesteak with protein curls… bought a huge bulk box of soy protein curls and they soak up whatever flavor you give them.
Soaking the curls in mushroom stock then sauteeing in some kind of beefy sauce tbd. Sauteed green peppers and mushrooms, caramelized onions, melted provolone…and a mushroom au jus.
Much better use of free will than these fucking losers.
