              I actually heard it succinctly explained by Graham Plattner the other day (I think on The Daily podcast), and I’ll probably muck it up but: When people aren’t given the power to bring change the right way within the system because the billionaires have rigged it for themselves, it makes that small percentage of people who are naturally inclined towards violence to take matters into their own hands.

              That’s why we’re seeing an increase in stochastic violence. It’s not some organized resistance cell, but just a random dude who maybe would’ve committed other crimes at a different time that picks up a rifle and tries to solve what he sees as the biggest problem facing him today.
