Break it down as far as it’ll fucking go, with a hacksaw if necessary. Then i can just always do one tiny little thing, and hey presto after a week i’m already halfway done without feeling like the walking dead!

what i feel has helped is to take ANY opportunity to do something, and then focus as much as you can on the fact that you haven’t just been completely passive.
Take a 5-minute walk, do a single push-up, look out the window just to remind yourself that the world exists. It’s at least better than doing nothing, and especially exercise works well for me because it’s 100% legitimately productive.
