I had hoped the pandemic denial would be a western phenomena. Too mass media brain rotted with strong political backing to think clearly. I know even things like the Spanish flu had their deniers back in the day, but I thought ebola would be visually and immediate enough that it would be taken seriously.
And what plans were there for Ukraine to join NATO prior to the invasion? None? Zero? The deal was already that Ukraine was a neutral buffer zone so the big strong USSR wouldn’t wet their underwear? Did ruzzia show their hand that no country is safe from an invasion regardless of if their in NATO or not? Yes I think they did! They did show they are warmongering dictators.
I feel the days of free YouTube front ends is coming to an end. I’m honestly surprised they’re still alive. Didn’t they try to kill yt-dlp recently? Together with their playstore developer verifications, YouTube VPN restrictions, making life harder for Android derivatives, YouTube ad blockers, and on and on, I don’t see a bright future for anything that piggybacks off of Google’s back.
