Why aren’t data centers buying up all this RAM too?

Senior positions are being let go too. My previous employer dropped almost all the senior people and replaced them with juniors with copilot accounts.

Yet, based on my wife’s experience as a collage professor, sooo many of them seem to be just fine using it for their class assignments.

I’ve never seen a flatpak prompt me for permissions. If it needs something it didn’t have it just silently fails for me and I have to guess what permission it needed manually using flatseal. Is that normal or am I setup wrong?

Scanners are only going to pick up known “off the shelf” malware. They are never going to pick up something bespoke that the developers wrote themselves.

You’re lucky your employer isn’t making its daily use a condition of continued employment. My previous employer had a public leaderboard of token usage. They fired the lowest ranked people every month.
