Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday signed a new law aimed at reining in large-scale data centers, saying everyday Floridians shouldn’t have to pay.

Am I interpreting this wrong or is this news not a good thing? Like saying the state isn’t going to subsidize these costs?
