Andy Hogue, a member of Travis County Republicans — which calls itself an “unofficial” discussion forum for Republicans in Travis County — posted the directive in the group last week. He later said over 100 “Democrats, Progressives and assorted Socialists” were “blocked, removed or suspended” after their “pro-Talarico” posts. The group had roughly 3,600 members as of Tuesday afternoon.
“We wonder how many of these names will show up on our REPUBLICAN Primary rolls?” Hogue wrote. “Might be worth a look.”
I think the problems the Republicans are going ton have with Talarico is he talks about what Christians should be doing and calls out the hypocrites. They don’t like that. they just wall all that onward Christian solider marching as to war bullshit that all the Baptist in my area of WNC lap up like a dog in a gravy bowl.
I don’t know about Travis County, but I’ve never heard of a place where the party gets to remove people from its voter rolls because it doesn’t like them.
It’s an unofficial Facebook group with barely 3k members. Why this is even a story is beyond me.
It’s a story because even in these small insular groups Republicans are starting to have a harder and harder time convincing people they’re on their side and not rich pedophile oligarchy supporters.
The nazi party.
lol, facebook.
