In theory it’s completely fine and neutral. If the quality is low that is an unrelated issue.

Ghost kitchen is just the same as a takeout only restaurant that instead of having a large menu has a smaller menu with different store names. In theory it’s completely fine and neutral. If the quality is low that is an unrelated issue.
