    I took it one step further and try my darndest to choose local products where possible, and if not, smaller EU businesses. Unilever, mondeles, nestlé, etc are companies I now try to actively avoid. Because once we loose the small actors we no longer have any choice left at all. Unfortunately the end game for unregulated markets always end up with monopoles. I know our EU market is regulated, but the enforcement against the actors invested in anti-compeditive behaviours are pretty toothless in my opinion.

    Must say the local/small alternatives are actually in most cases better. Ritter Sport chocolate is in my opinion more tasty than marabou and better size. The local ice cream producers also have more interesting options, and Arvid Nordquist coffee taste better. What I am trying to say is that I’m not missing out quite the opposite.

      Same, but it’s hard. I do like the variety that comes with small local businesses so it’s a win in my book. As long as i can afford it that is
