That quote from biden is a mistake and obvious to anyone with a functional brain that “beating Medicare” was not the point he was making

You thought that Biden talking about increasing taxes on the rich to continue his expansion of medicare and other healthcare schemes was intended to be ended with him saying that he beat medicare? Thats impossible. At worst you don’t know what he intended to say in that last sentence but understand his answer about increasing taxes on rich people from 7% to 25% then using that money to fund the social programs. He was talking about what he was able to do with medicare expansion and said covid by mistake got detailed and then finished with his last part of the argument which (I assume because he didnt make it) was beating big pharma
