There seemed like there was something cognitively wrong with him. My husband and I watched and our jaws were both hanging open by the way he seemed to have stage fright or freezing or whatever. Maybe bad med reaction, dehydrated, UTI etc.
We finally killed medicare, it was touch and go for a while. Stupid old people, they are all like, I don’t want to spend my life savings on routine medical care, so annoying. /s
