A suspect who shot at a White House checkpoint was killed in an exchange of fire with Secret Service agents on Saturday evening, officials have confirmed.
The BBC’s US media partner CBS has named the suspect as Nasire Best, a 21-year-old man who was known to the protection agency and had a documented history of mental health conditions.

This wasn’t an assassination attempt. No political targets were anywhere near by, let alone Trump. This was a mentally ill man who committed suicide-by-cop.
This one is probably intended to secure the ballroom/bunker funding that is stalled in Congress.
That ballroom needs to remain a hole, as long as he’s president, like the slumlord he has always been. He turned the White House into the ugliest ghetto in DC, that’s where he can spend his presidency, looking at a muddy hole.
